The article considers the need to optimize the metrological support of certification tests in accordance with the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union 010 (TRCU 010). Rapid technological development and stricter requirements for product safety and quality require reducing the time and cost of testing without compromising their accuracy and reliability. It is noted that insufficient optimization can lead to an increase in resources spent on testing and an increased risk of errors.
The main criteria determining the effectiveness of optimization are highlighted: rational use of resources, high accuracy of results, compliance with the requirements of TRCU 010, cost reduction, automation of processes, as well as compliance with safety and quality standards. Methods of analyzing current processes to identify optimization opportunities, including simplification of procedures, standardization of methods, and the use of automated technologies, are discussed. The prospects of using virtual models to reduce costs and test time are also mentioned.
